1. Our rate for OFFICE CLEANINGS & RECURRING HOURLY RATES are $40/hr per maid.
*Recurring hourly cleanings mean custom cleanings that do not need the whole home cleaned per visit and any large homes such as 4 bedroom homes would fall under the $40hr rate.

2. Our rate for any ONE TIME CUSTOM CLEANINGs & 4 BEDROOM HOMES (ONE TIME CLEANINGS ONLY) are $50hr per maid.
*We do not service homes larger than 4 bedrooms unless it needs a partial cleaning such as 2 rooms and a kitchen.

3. Our POST CONSTRUCTION/HEAVY DUTY CLEANINGS are $60hr per maid.
*We do not do any extreme cleanings such as hoarding, etc. Please visit our services page to learn more about what we don’t offer.

Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It’s a deeper cleaning that includes cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, fixtures, inside the fridge, all baseboards, etc. We charge extra for this and you will find that an additional cost for move in/move out cleaning is standard across the industry.

Pets are not a problem. However, we do need to know if you have them. Also, if any pet is aggressive we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home. Our maids are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat.

We suggest you program a separate code for us if you are a recurring customer.

Please let us know the amount or percentage and we will add that to your credit card bill. Adding a tip to the check is also fine. Average tip is 15%-20%.

The reason why we do not offer service for larger homes is because we only send 1 cleaner. Big houses like that should be handled by at least 2 cleaners. If you would like to schedule a cleaning for a 4 bedroom home this will need to be scheduled via live chat/email or by phone as we do not have scheduling available for larger homes.

Unfortunately we can not do any type of cleaning if others are working in the unit at the same time. This is to prevent not delivering a properly cleaned home as well as any blame towards our maids or company if there are any items missing due to others being at the unit at the same time for the same reason. We would gladly come clean the unit/property after others are finished.
